We allow full refunds under the following conditions:
Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Non-Refundable Situations
Orders cannot be refunded after the initial 24-hour cancellation window due to our fast order processing and dispatch timelines.
Once an order is processed and dispatched, it is in transit and cannot be canceled or refunded.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Situations beyond our control, including carrier disruptions, weather delays, or customs hold-ups.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We take quality control seriously. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow the steps below:
(A) Reporting a Damaged or Defective Item
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing Support@SynDThat.com with:
Photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Your order number and a brief description of the issue.
(B) Resolution Process
Upon verification, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
Replacement of the item (subject to availability).
Store credit for the value of the damaged item.
Refunds are not available for damaged items, only replacements or store credit.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing Support@SynDThat.com with your order details.
After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be processed, as the order will have already been prepared for dispatch.
4. Important Notes
Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Shipping Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Shipping Delays: SynDThat is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, customs clearance, or other external factors.
